Exhibitor Contract for Bridal Extravaganza

    WEBSITE INFORMATION
    Your business will be listed on the BE website “Businesses We Recommend” page, and will include a business description, contact information and a link to your website. You and your rental space will be professionally photographed during the show to provide a picture for your listing on the website. If you have a different image you would like us to use, such as a picture of your storefront, product or staff, please send the image to     bridesshoppe@aol.com.
    PRIZE DRAWINGS (NEW!)
    Each Exhibitor is required to provide a physical gift for the prize drawings, valued at a minimum of $25 retail. Your gift should be displayed prominently at your booth to generate excitement! In the past, prize drawings have been announced during intermission and at the end of the style show. This year, we will be drawing and posting the winners’ names at the individual exhibitor spaces. This will draw customers back to your space after the style show, as they must be present to win. Although coupons and specials are appreciated and encouraged at the show, your “prize giveaway” CANNOT be a reduction in your fees or a certificate for a discount on your services. It must be a stand-alone gift that does not require the recipient to book you for their wedding.


    Weddings Montana Magazine

    In 2019, we unveiled our new magazine, Weddings MT, at the Bridal Extravaganza. Featuring local businesses and real weddings, it was an instant hit with engaged couples and participating exhibitors! We are busy creating the 2020 issue of Weddings MT and would like to offer a special advertising discount to all Bridal Extravaganza businesses. Beyond reaching local engaged couples, you will be given copies of the magazine to distribute to your customers. Your business may even be featured on our pages! Check it out HERE
    By clicking the Submit Button, you acknowledge and agree with the following:
    * You are an authorized representative of the company listed on this contract.
    * This is a binding contract with Grand Style Productions for acquiring display space at the Bridal Extravaganza, held on January 26, 2020.
    * Your space will NOT be reserved or assigned until your deposit is received by Grand Style Productions.
    * A 50% deposit of booth rental is due with your contract. Balance is due by January 8, 2020.
